  Nice view and fantastic Hotel. Friendly service frazzled because understaffing, room spacious and other foods at very reasonable price. The swimming pool is very good for whole family.

  The view from our balcony was excellent and hotel was disappointing. The staff were lovely, the room was comfy and clean, the food in Penang was the best we had experienced in the far east.

  The staff were good and the location and view were superb, the overall stay was pleasant, the 2 Room suite was very comfortable and quiet.

  The beach and sea was very poor, not much choices and the hawker food serving was not complete.

  Balcony view of sea was superb, the Indian restaurant in front of the hotel was very nice and staff were really friendly and efficient. The room was spacious.

  Good value for money, wonderful staff and the rooms appear to be clean. The swimming pool is very nice.

  The girls at the convenience shop down stairs is not friendly at all and unfortunately the ocean is unswimmable. The breakfast is not various.

  Restaurants serving local food at a good price across the street from the hotel and staff friendly. Well maintained room for guests, nice pool bar n pub and lovely breakfast.

  Location of the hotel is great since ', staff are honest and quite helpful, few water sport activities and massage available there too. The pool is good and the seats surrounding are shaded by palms.

  The bus service out the front of the hotel to batu ferringhi, staff are friendly and helpful, the room cleaning state quit satisfied. The onsite 'saporna' spa and massage is really good.

  From the outside the hotel looked good and very friendly staff. Clean and big room, great breakfast variety, there's a nice pool and small paddling pool for toddlers.

  No value for the money paid at all and staff at the front desk were friendly. The room was big.
