Everything was very good, excellent location near restaurants, bars and cafes and the market, incredible experience. The breakfast was served in the restaurant and the food was decent! Actually the room was huge with shiny condition and microwave plus a drink. The staff was pleasant and welcoming, nothing to complain about.

We stayed for trip and would like to come again. This was a such great stay for holidays. Its staff was very polite and amazingly nice. The restaurant was good and offered warm dishes.
Didn't like the area, it was really noisy.

The stay here was good in Half term holidays. We liked the apartment which was practical where sofa beds are. The hotel's location was ideal, short walk to the police station, the beach for a hour and the town centre of Playa Blanca. A lot of food for breakfast, everything was good.

My stay was good on holidays. The hotel's location was magnificent, just off bar/restaurant as well as the beach and strip of restaurants. Besides, it was 3 km away from Playa Blanca Beach.

Great family holiday with clean and spacious rooms. Loved the central location between the restaurant and waterpark. The evening restaurants offered a fantastic variety of cuisines, and the entertainment was enjoyable without being too loud.
Some areas for improvement include the snack bar, which had limited options and often ran out of food. The waterpark could use some updating and the lifeguards could be friendlier.

The Incivism of the English. They come to the hotel to get drunk and dirty the facilities. The staff of the Hotel does not give for more to the incivism of the foreign tourist.

aquapark is very well and very well guarded are very careful that there are no hits. workers are very kind and food well prepared.
The aquapark closes at 6 p.m. some areas at 5.30 p.m. The apartments are clean but throughout the days the cleanliness should improve.
