We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the bustling Surfers Paradise precinct. We were delighted to find that the hotel is conveniently situated on top of a shopping center, making it so easy to access all the shops and restaurants. The secure parking was also a big plus for us.

We recommend this hotel to everyone!

We came to Surfers Paradise for long weekend, no reason to complain for this hotel. It was a great property. The room faced the ocean. Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like hard rock cafe that was only 5 minutes' walk away❤

Also near the beach. Pool was lovely here.

Our stay was amazing, being right on top of all the action was so convenient for us as a family. The view was breathtaking, looking out towards the main beach and over the entertainment precinct. The apartment was spacious with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and it was kept immaculately clean by the staff.

The service at times was less than satisfactory, leaving us feeling a bit let down.

Good views from the upper floors of the hotel. The location was central, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We particularly liked that the hotel had its own pool.

The room was really poorly cleaned and there was a lot of mould. The bed wasn't very comfortable and there was noisy construction work going on next to our floor throughout the day.

The pool, spa and the surrounding sunbaking area was beautiful. The location and views to the beach and the night lights were awesome.

Would have liked some fresh bath towels each day but everything else was great.

Maintenance staff is rude and receptionist is just so so in terms of being helpful. The apartments should be cleaned daily basis

I stayed in an apartment with a spectacular view. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making transportation very easy. The hotel facilities were great, including a beautiful swimming pool. The staff were delightful, I felt welcomed. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the room.

Great location with easy access to shops and restaurants. Beautiful ocean views from the apartment and balcony. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

Noise from the surrounding area could be heard at night, making it difficult to sleep. The apartment had some maintenance issues, such as a sliding door that didn't close properly and a non-working ceiling fan and light.

Would of been nice to know about the renovations before I booked.

We have stayed many times over the years at Paradise Apartments and have always found it very convenient. Although we were only 2 we had a 2-bedroom apartment which was very comfortable. Unfortunately we have not always been able to reserve an apartment due to being booked out!

(1) More enthusiasm from the Reception on arrival would have been good. (2) No workable vacuum cleaner and no pan and brush. (3) The kitchen cupboards below the bench tops were not very good. (4)The garbage bin under the sink smelt of cigarettes.
