We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, from the rooms to the hotel's beautifully landscaped gardens. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a large swimming pool and a basic gym. The location was convenient, being close to other tourist attractions and away from the center of town. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I had the most amazing stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always had a smile. They even went above and beyond to help when my son got sick. The hotel is located in a key area of the city, allowing for easy access to other tourist attractions. The hotel's beautifully landscaped gardens provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The facilities, including the spacious and clean rooms, the clean pool, and the affordable spa, were all top-notch. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. everything about my stay was absolutely fantastic.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

Standard rooms are better equipped than the suites
If the hotel have overbooking, has the management to offer alternatives and not the client.

At paradise angkor villa we had a wonderful stay. We had a balcony. The hotel was located right by touristic places such as Phsa Leu.
Could not be improved in any way.

Spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful with travel information. The swimming pool was a great place to relax and cool down on a hot day.
The location was quite far from town and attractions, and there were no restaurants or shops nearby. The hotel breakfast lacked options and was geared towards a specific cultural palette.

my family of 6 stayed last weekend sept 6-9 at the APSARA VILLA and we just love the luxury of having stayed in this 4 bedroom all with ensuite bathroom, equipped with own LED TV, fridge, vault in every room. The rooms are cleaned and made up everyday, water are replenished every day free of charge. The hotel has a very nice and large pool, which we wanted to try but time didn't allow us to. Breakfast is good.. lots of food choices. Most of all, staff were very accommodating and helpful. to sum it up, service are excellent. We are all very satisfied and happy.
a little bit off from the city but hotel's accredited tuk tuks are readily available anytime, so location is not really a problem since its just a 5 to 10 minutes away.

The hotel is conveniently located near the night market and shopping area, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local attractions. there are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance, allowing guests to experience the local cuisine and nightlife. The beautifully landscaped gardens of the hotel provide a peaceful and serene environment for guests to relax and unwind.
The hotel staff may not be fluent in English, which can sometimes make communication challenging.

We took villa for 7 people, it was cheap and perfect. 4 separate bedrooms with king and queen beds, each contains toilet, shower, bath, hot water, shampoo, bath gel. Almost everything, that us hotels provide.
Appalling overpriced restaurant, bugs in salad, awful cooking, nobody speaks english. Management tried to sell New Year dinner, 40 dollars per person, it was mentioned with little letters, it was mandatory. We refused such opportunity. They confirmed our booking only after new-year dinner payment for 3 people. Be careful. Personal at the reception can not even tell the price for villas without calling manager, they can not accept additional payment, can not rent a bike for customers. I did not find a thing that they can actually do.

Everything was great, but the hotel is full of groups. Better dinner service in the room than in the restaurant.
If you look for a quiet place with less massive groups, go to another hotel. Limited level of english of some staff.

This hotel lived up to its luxurious reputation with exclusive amenities such as a beautiful swimming pool and outdoor dining area. The spacious, comfortable room was equipped with private facilities, and the continental breakfast at the on-site restaurant was delicious. We were particularly impressed with the prompt and attentive service provided by the friendly staff.
One minor issue we encountered was the slow drainage system in the bathroom which caused flooding after taking a shower. However, this was quickly resolved by housekeeping.

We arrived a day later as we booked online but they didn't charge us, when we explained what happened to our flight. Finally they let us extend our stay at the same online rate. Nice and friendly staff! Spacious room! Good swimming pool! Highly recommended for families to be away from the noisy city life!
Remote Area, on the way to Banteay Srei. Going to downtown, we had to book tuk tuk or taxi driver in advance. If it gets dark, it's very hard to find them along this road.
