Paradis Park

We believe this was due to the location of the hotel, it is situated about 20 meters from a water run off from the surrounding hills.

Its location is not brilliant; a bit scruffy around the edges and a 10 minute walk to the better part of Pineda.

Pineda has good transport links with bus services, main train station and tourist train bus all at the front.

We flew from Luton Airport, which was a bit of a drive from South Wales, with Ryan air, and the flights were wonderful both ways.

The reception staff were brilliant, very helpful but we booked to stay in the hotel and were sent acroos the road to an apartment block that when you got in locked like a hostel 3 rooms 6 beds a tv kitchen and of course bathroom.

The hotel was always really clean and well managed in all public areas, we had a lovely big room with seperate bedroom and living room that had a nice large bathroom (including a bath rather than just a shower which makes life easier with kids).

The size of our apartment was quite big, however when visiting our friends room in the main hotel complex we soon realised that the size of the rooms in the main building were very cramped indeed.

We have 2 young children and our accommodation (on the 6th floor) had 2 sizeable bedrooms and a kitchen (a bit curious for AI we thought) Rooms were kept spotless and well air-conditioned.

Rooms were cleaned daily, towels and beds made.

If you miss a meal you don't have to wait long before you can go into the restaurant for snacks.

There is a phenomenal amount that you could eat if you wanted to, as the restaurant was open from 7.

There was a big salad bar and lots of rolls and that.

The pool bar is open nearly all the time and staff are superb and have no problem serving drinks to All Inclusive guests.

Breakfasts consisted of Bacon, Sausage, Fried Egg, beans etc.

When we arrived there was a problem with our booking from out travel agent, but the reception staff were brill and they sorted it out within 10 mins, i asked for a top floor room and i got one!

The bar starff were really funny, the reception staff were good if u needed anything u could ask them.

The hotel caters mainly for all-inclusive guests and the food/snacks/bar service/entertainment and staff were better than I expected from a three star hotel.

The entertainers for the children are great, the bar staff are great, the two ladies on reception are really nice.

There is wheelchair lift access and the hotel has 2 lifts also.

The hotel has 2 lifts available to all seven floors.

The hotel is very clean as is the pool and grounds.
