The breakfast was tasty, and the beds were comfortable to sleep in. The staff was friendly and courteous. The location was convenient enough to get around. There were bikes available for guest use, which was a bonus.
The tents were not very sturdy, and despite being told to keep windows and doors closed, the insects managed to find their way in. The outdoor bathrooms were a bit too rustic for our liking.

Amazing experience during Xmas! Loved the beautiful tents with all the necessities such as bath robes, hot water bottles, and body wash provided. The location amongst the gum trees was stunning. The food offered at the restaurant was impressive with excellent quality and presentation. Enjoyed the bottle of hot water delivered each morning to make tea or coffee, a great touch.
The lack of electricity in the tents was a bit inconvenient. , the temperature inside the tent was hard to regulate at night, making it a bit uncomfortable to sleep.

The location of the hotel is perfect for those who want to be close to nature. It is surrounded by beautiful trees and is right on the river, giving guests the opportunity to enjoy the peaceful ambiance and even spot kangaroos roaming around. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with superior quality bed linen and even hot water bottles to keep guests warm during cold nights. The outdoor shower adds a unique touch to the camping experience, providing privacy while still being able to enjoy the natural surroundings.
Some guests reported issues with the staff. There were instances of unhelpful and unwelcoming behavior, making the dining experience feel uncomfortable and lacking in atmosphere.
