          Getting there

          Ko Pha Ngan has no surfaced roads, so getting around the island involves either hiking considerable distances or more sensibly, travelling by boat. Transfer from Samui via express ferry is about three hours to Thong Sala Pier and then 90 minutes by local ferry to the Panviman Resort Koh Pha Ngan.

            The panviman sits up on the hill overlooking the beach and is superb, the location is awesome and the concept of bungalow villas as well, the best value for money I have ever received. The staff is really nice and the room is beautiful and big, super clean.

            The beach, that is easily accessed via a few steps, is delicious and the view from the pool is gorgeous. The perfect place to sit back and relax without interuption, the staff is great, spacious rooms, nice use of wood.

            All in all, we loved here, and the beach was fantastic, the location and comfort were great, best hotel we stayed in in Thailand. The domestic staff were wonderful and room was spacious. Nice restaurants the food was very good, the pool was spectacular.
