The receptionists were helpful and spa was practically perfect in every way.
The room hotel in general was neat clean and the staff were very accommodating.
The room was clean, the kitchen blew me away - better pots and the jasmine tea was excellent as were the pedicures.

Great location for night life, we did get lost and the hotel staff were superb and the rooms were luxurious. The service was very warm and friendly, the heat sensor was very delicate and use to pick up even steams too.
