I stayed at Rooms & Restaurant Matanovi Dvori and was impressed with the modern and practical decor of the room. It looked freshly redecorated and was very clean. The balcony overlooking the harbor in Sukosan was a lovely addition. The staff were incredibly helpful, polite, and friendly. The buffet breakfast served at the hotel was nice and there was also the option to have dinner in the restaurant, which I found to be very good. The restaurant mainly served local dishes, which is always a good sign for me. Parking on-site was available, although the car park was not very big so there may be a need to park on the street outside. I highly recommend taking a 10-15 minute walk to the old village center and seafront in Sukosan, as it is a beautiful area with cafes and restaurants.

It has view on the beach but the main road connecting Zadar with Biograd is paasing right in front and takes the silence of nature away...

Friendly welcome. Easy to find with parking. Good sized family room even with extra bed in place. Air conditioning was a bonus. Ideal for our one night stop over.

Small kitchen in room could have had some basic utensils to be able use it. Busy road right in front although it did quieten down during the night.

The location of this accommodation is just right, conveniently located between the airport and the city, with a bus stop nearby. It also boasts a beautiful view of the bay and is just across from the beach. The rooms are stylish and spacious, with modern bathrooms and helpful service. Breakfast is included and offers a wide variety of options.

One downside to this accommodation is that some rooms face a busy road which can be quite noisy at times.

Was a nice spot located close to the Zadar Airport, perfect for travelers flying out the next day. The staff were very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was nice!

The beach nearby was muddy, didn't really like swimming in it.

We enjoyed the variety of food at breakfast and the comfortable bed in our room. The hotel's location near the beach and with easy access to nearby towns made it a convenient spot for our romantic getaway. we appreciated the helpfulness of the staff in arranging activities for us during our stay.

There wasn't a dedicated reception area and we weren't welcomed upon arrival. The steep and narrow staircase made accessing our room difficult, as well as being a smaller cat park for parking.

The room was very comfortable and clean, and the views beautiful. Breakfast was very nice. Well worth the money we paid.

Hotel was in convenient position with clean comfortable rooms. Hotel owner was very helpful and provided good breakfast,and transport to and from airport. We all had a very enjoyable stay.

Tea and coffee making facilities in rooms would be nice, although when requested the owner did provide plates and cups and saucepan for boiling water so it was not a problem.

They even provided a paid airport shuttle and tours/ticket assistance to ensure guests had a seamless stay.

The coast is just few steps, Zadar and the motorway entry are also near to the accomodation.

My Xmas stay was fantastic! The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The location was great, just a stone's throw from the beach and the bus stop was nearby, making it easy to get to nearby towns. The room was lovely and modern, everything was clean, and there was a great view from the balcony. I also enjoyed the helpful and friendly staff who were always ready to answer questions.

That the bike rental didn't work out, although I was looking forward to exploring a bit more on two wheels. Additionally, parking can be a tad tricky, especially with a larger car, but it's possible to park outside on the street. a wonderful Xmas stay that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and comfortable getaway on the coast.
