I recently stayed at this hotel in Zenica and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the great location in the town centre. The hotel is situated next to a small river, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond in terms of service, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The basic amenities in the room, including a balcony albeit without curtains and stripy sofas, were a nice touch. Additionally, the breakfast provided good food to start the day off right.

I recently had a really pleasant stay at this hotel in Zenica. the location is fantastic - right next to a small river and within walking distance to the city center. It was so convenient to explore the main shopping street and other attractions. Secondly, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, from the moment we arrived till we checked out. They were fluent in English and made us feel welcome. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and had all the basic amenities we needed, including a balcony where we could relax and enjoy the view. I particularly liked the stripy sofas in the rooms, they added a nice touch to the decor. The breakfast also impressed me with its good quality food.

There was one small detail that I think could be improved upon, though it didn't affect my overall experience. The bathroom mirror had a very dark color which made it difficult to see myself properly.

Best location in town center, easy access to main roads. Breakfast was excellent and the staff super helpful and friendly. Loved the cozy and comfortable atmosphere in the lobby and terrace.

Worst rooms and bathroom needs update. No elevator available, no curtains in the rooms, and broken toilet paper dispenser.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They spoke fluent English and even helped us carry our luggage to the room. The hotel is located in a quiet area which is perfect for resting before continuing our journey. it was only a short 3-minute walk away from the city center. The food offered was tasty and we met a lot of friendly people during our stay.

One small detail that was bothersome was the darkness of the bathroom mirror, which made it difficult to see properly. the curtains in our room were thin and let in too much light in the morning.
