Just spent the weekend in a cozy hotel in Sicily and it was fantastic! Loved the warm and welcoming atmosphere as soon as we arrived. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds, and the breakfast was amazing with a great variety of options. What I loved most was the beautiful garden where I could relax and unwind. Also, the hotel was conveniently located near the main attractions and had easy access to public transportation.
Although the hotel was great, there were a few things that could have been better. The Wi-Fi connection was not very strong and the air conditioning was a bit loud. The hotel didn't have a lot of extra amenities, such as a pool or fitness center, but this wasn't a big issue for me. my experience was great and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Sicily.

The staff at reception were very helpfull and it was handy to have a coffee bar next door (inside the hotel itself) with snacks available all day long. Rooms are clean and lots of TV stations to choose from. WI-FI is very good.
The 1st room we were given can only be described as tight...there wasn't even room to put our luggage and to get to the bathroom you had to move sideways. I couldn't stand it so went down to reception..the room was changed to a larger one, with a nice 'walk in' shower and terrace. The breakfast was decent but only early morning, if you go down after 9am prepare yourself to limited choces as whatever finishes is not replaced... The parking area is quite small, we always found a parking spot though must admit that were always a bit anxious untill we got inside since if you don't park inside, the road outside is very busy.

Front office staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. It is only a 10 to 15 minute walk to the ruins. Car parking is good and the staff we happy for us to leave it there for the day we checked out.
No hot water - only tepid. Air conditioner rattled so loudly we had to ask for it to be turned off. Dining room staff were very overworked (1 person for a bus load and other house guests) so table cloths weren't cleaned off after other guests left.-We had to sit in the crumbs of the last folk. Toaster didn't work and bread rolls were stale. The hotel is out in a dormitory suburb and on a very busy and noisy road. There are no restaurants near by (except in the hotel).

The breakfast was amazing with plenty of options, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel had free parking available on site which gave us peace of mind at night. It was located very close to the old theaters and not far from the historical district, with easy access to transportation. We also enjoyed a delicious meal at the hotel's restaurant at the recommendation of reception.
Cannot find any fault.

Helpful reception staff.
The parking area is small and sometimes it is full up. We had no balcony in the room but it was ok.

Room was quite comfortable, continental breakfast good. Got a great recommendation for a pizza place right around the corner that was fantastic. Dinner in hotel our second night was good as well.
Located on a busy traffic circle, getting out of parking lot tricky. On site parking difficult to access and extremely limited. Plan much more time than advertised 5 minutes to get to Ortigia. Took us three tries to get into a non-smoking room and the one we finally did get was not nearly as nice as the first one. If we were to return, we would find a hotel in Ortigia.

Going to Sicily to see the operas at the Greek theatre made this Hotel an excellent point, due to the short distance. It was quite good, and although we had a problem with the a/c leaking the staff did their best to change our rooms.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was not far from the historical district and close to the archaeological park. We enjoyed taking walks to the Ortigia old town, which was a pleasant way to explore the area. The service at this hotel was top-notch, with room service, car hire, and laundry services available. The staff were always friendly and willing to assist us with anything we needed.

funny colors at the reception area
We did not get triple room what we reserved because it was overbooked. Booked.net service don't help to find solution.

The location of the hotel was great as it was close to key attractions and public transportation. The staff was friendly and accommodating with our requests. The Christmas decorations were beautiful and added to the festive atmosphere.
The noise level during our stay was unbearable, especially during the night. The rooms were poorly insulated, allowing us to hear every noise from the street.

Our stay at this hotel was pleasant due to its close proximity to the old theaters, Ortigia oldtown, and archaeological park. The gentleman at Reception recommended the hotel's restaurant where we enjoyed delicious meals. The room was comfortable, with clean bedding and towels, and an en-suite bathroom with sufficient toiletries. The breakfast was adequate, with options like cereals, yogurt, and fruits. the hotel provided off-street parking, and the Wi-Fi signal was strong in the room.
The noise level was a bit high due to the hotel's location on a busy main road.
