Location: the hotel was so close to the wonderful nature around Feusisberg and the most beautiful and Relaxing spa in-and-around greater Zurich area, monastery and Switzerland incl victoria j. The room we had included central heating, a private safe, and a flat-screen TV.

The rooms are well decorated and functional with all the necessary comfort. The breakfast variety is delicious with great view and champagne, for example, excellent service.

Loved the room with a bed, my bed was comfortable.

Located on the shore of a stunning lake, the hotel's surroundings provide a breathtaking view. The rooms have high-end amenities such as comfortable beds, heated bathroom floors, and large jacuzzi tubs. Impressive service, attention to detail, and delicious breakfast options are noteworthy. The gym and spa offer a complete relaxation experience, with an indoor-outdoor pool and A-grade facilities.

The 10:00 AM checkout time can be limiting for those who wish to relax fully and explore the vicinity fully.

Oriental design, music and spa facilities, and beautiful lake view

Excellent customer service, beautiful room, bathroom and view. Amazing massage, loved the pools and spa. A wonderful break, exceeded our expectations.

Would have been nice to be able to get a cup of tea at 6.30am, but not available in the room, with room service or anywhere in the hotel. However, we coped with this because we had such a brilliant stay here.

The complimentary hot cocoa was a nice touch and the gingerbread cookies were delicious. The view of the snow-covered mountains from the room was stunning, and the location was convenient for skiing.

The room was outdated and the heating did not work properly. We had to request extra blankets and the room still felt chilly.

Very friendly and competent staff, well maintained hotel, well equipped and clean spa, panorama views on Lake Zürich - a perfect stay over all. :-)

Spent New Year at a hotel with amazing room views - lake and mountains were so picturesque! The hotel room had a free mini-bar which was a great bonus. The restaurant served delicious food with good service.

The hotel allows smoking in some areas and it was annoying to have secondhand smoke irritating us while trying to enjoy the spa facilities. It would be nice if they enforced their non-smoking rule.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel by the lake. The spa was impressive and the Thai restaurant served delicious food. Our room had a great view of the lake and was quite spacious. We also appreciated the attentive and friendly staff, as well as the amazing breakfast buffet.

Nothing that we didn't like.

This hotel is the perfect place to relax and unwind from daily stress. The venue also has a beautiful outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding area. The massage therapists are highly skilled, and treatments like the full body massage and body wraps are a must-try. The Spa lounge is perfect for a quiet retreat, and there are beauty treatments like waxing and manicure to indulge in.

The hotel is quite expensive, and the fine dining at the restaurant is overpriced. Although the food menu sounds delicious, it does not quite match expectations in terms of taste.
