Stayed for 1 night and was impressed by this authentic hotel. Location: the property was really close to a massive mountain. Places like Kaikoura Marine Aquarium were a 10-15 minute walking distance from from here too. The bar was superb.

The views at this authentic hotel were excellent. I really enjoyed the big and new-fashioned room and nice looking bathroom. A dining area, a seating area, and ironing facilities were provided. This was a great and stunning location really close to the Esplanade, nice restaurants and the beachfront.

They gave us a big room with a mountain view. It was very handy to have refrigerators, a cooker, and glassware. The location was marvellous and stunning - close to the construction of a Fraemohs home, township, location great, and a restaurant nearby for. Also, Kaikoura Marine Aquarium was at a short distance.

Loved staying at the nice cosy room with 2 single beds. A microwave, an electric kettle, and fridges were a nice touch. Good location and overall the staff was amicable. The airport was 15 minutes drive from the place.

So glad we choose it, it's great place for staying in Kaikoura. The location is stunning, and the staff is outstandingly accommodating and amicable. Also, to get to Art & Design Gallery you’ll need to walk 5 minutes.

The hotel was located so close to the snowcapped mountains, and the beach and view of the mountains. Got the same spotless and functional room with amazing views booked online, enjoyed that.

The room was impeccably clean and functional, with an excellent view of the sea and the mountains in the background. The facilities were clean. The location was awesome, around 10-15 minutes walk from Dolphin Encounter.

Too bad that we didn't have time, but we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

The hotel's position was great and stunning close to restaurants and pubs. You could walk to supermarkets and shops.

I really enjoyed this authentic hotel and stayed for 1 night here. The rooms were exceptionally comfortable and beautiful in general, with outside seating on balcony. A kitchen and a patio were perfect.

Stayed here with my son and everything was great. The rooms were pet-friendly with amazing views, the staff was friendly.

The location in an adequate area was excellent and there were supermarkets and shops nearby. The beds were good sized, the room was neat & new-fashioned.
