Hotel Panorama Lido di Venezia - 利多

The Positives: Lovely staff; fantastic shower; nice complementary breakfast (with plenty of choice); clean, cosy rooms with great view; situated in a lovely location – ideal for the waterbus and only 8 minutes from a beautiful beach!

Was in Venice for a weekend and found it comfortable and clean and in an excellent location very close to the Vaporetto stop.

The bus stop wasn't noisy at all, and the big plus point with this hotel is its ideal location, and the frequent water buses.

The staff at the airport were really friendly and we were treated in a pleasant manner during the security checks (unlike some airports!

There's a water taxi stop not far from the hotel, but be aware that water taxis don't normally wait there for pickups - if you want a water taxi best to ask at the hotel reception to ring for one.

The room was large with a very comfy double bed, tv that the programmes could be changed to English, mini bar, and lovely big bathroom with hairdryer.

The room was very spacious with Kingsize bed and bath/jacuzzi.

We had a large spacious room with gorgeous bathroom with whirlpool bath.

We booked into the Junior suite and found the room and bathroom to be of a reasonable size and very comfortable.

The only complaint at all is that the room was not the biggest one we have ever stayed in, however, the furnishings were nice and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel doesn't have any restaurant or room-service food, other than the breakfast, which is nothing to write home about, but it's adequate.

The actual food in Venice wasn't brilliant (we ate pizza for lunch both days) but that restaurant was special.

Gran Viale Restaurant" & "Favorite" are the two main restaurants on the Lido.

The food at both restaurants was very good, particularly the pasta dishes, however similar priced restaurants in the UK are much better.

We ate at the Bounty Bar a few times which is on the other side of the Gran Viale, really simple but great food.

When we arrived we tried to use their wifi internet access but it wasn't working, I went to complain but the man on reception didn't report it to the manager or anybody else (they use quite a few staff members and rotate the receptionists).

Service was terrible, only 1 waitress, and clearly you needed more to staff a breakfast service.

The staff are very helpful, when we arrived on the first day the reception staff didn't hesitate in helping us to find our bearings.

Excellent service, clean , friendly staff and ideal location.

No pool, but for about 7 euros a day, you can use a section of private beach a 15min walk away on the other side of the Lido.

Everything was great except some fly near the main entrance and lobby area.

Do tell them if you will be parking and tell them when you will be leaving.

The hotel was more than charming with friendly staff and a clean, perfect room.

Room was sparkling clean with a nice view.

The rooms would be considered 'cosy' by USA standards, but they are clean and comfortable, you could see the whole of venice from the loo too!

The room was a good size for Italy, comfortable and clean.

The rooms were spotlessly clean, and were served everyday by the chamber maid.
