  We recieved a very warm welcome, friendly staff and reception and main restaurant service very nice. Very good swimming pool.

  Great old town nearby and no shops except a small local shop for drinks.

  Good service every 20 mins and nice restaurant. The pool magnificent.

  Lovely food, very good pool.

  Awful hotel, the staff wasn't exactly friendly and internet was slow and unreliable, and many rooms didn't have at all.

  We used the bus to go in and out and was fine, food was good and the restaurant was beautifully situated overlooking the sea, the room was great and the view was awesome. The scenery fron the hotel was wonderful and prices were reasonable. The staff were very friendly and always helpful, the bathroom was lovely and was all very clean, breakfast was good, even better than the lunch.

  The beach at chania directly infront is disappointing, we loved using the private pool and our own service area, the bus into the old town started at the hotel gate No 23. The Panorama blue is wonderful and worth the extra money, the dining staff and chefs are very pleasant and helpful. The rooms are spotless and the gardens and the open air restaurant is equally astonishing. Lots of salads and cheese and fresh fruit for dessert.

  The pool area is lovely, the hotel is nicely located on the hill at the outskirts of Chania and also whereas the reception and housekeeping staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean, food is delicious especially the local dishes.

  The views were spectacular, hotel food was good for a buffet and prices were reasonable and the cocktails were to die for. The staff were wonderful and the room was spacious. Near the pool was lovely.

  Pleasant restaurant areas and good quality hotel. Panorama blue excellent private service, staff brilliant could not do enough for you and rooms very clean, one of the most beautiful pools I have ever seen.
