  Just amazing views, bus service handy and the emerald bay was also exquisite. Stuff was very friendly and the staff was very helpful and nice. The rooms were gorgeous and bar was exceptional. The food was tasty and the Spa experience was the best that Pangkor Laut.

  Emerald bay was wonderful, the view was nothing impressive and stuff was very friendly. Additionally the service was excellent and the room was spotlessly clean every day. The food was spectacular and the spa in itself was magnificent.

  Plenty of interesting villages and the shops in Pangkor town near the jetty offer cheap sodas. The place is wonderful and the bath house experince is complimentary. High prices keep chavs away, the staff is always very attentive and most of the accommodation is very good.

  The island itself is beautiful and emerald bay is another good location. Furthermore the place is amazing, the prices are reasonable compared and the service the best you will find anywhere. The bathrooms are huge, the food is excellent and experiencing 'Dinner on the Rocks' is very romantic.

  Emerald Beach was glorious and the pebbled area in front of the modern bath was interesting. The hotel service was fantastic, the staff were helpful and professional, our room itself was very spacious. Chapmans Bar was excellent, breakfast became a free for all and the spa pool was nice.

  Emerald beach is nice and the whole spa area is designed to zone you out. Decor is beautiful, service is impeccable as all the staffs are well trained to serve you 24x7 and managers to be unusually friendly and gracious. The accommodation is gorgeous and food overall was very good - lunch portions are huge. Dinner is lovely, the prices are high for malaysia.

  A beautiful island, travelled by private car to Subang airport and the water wasn’t ever very clear during our stay. Great style and amazing service. Nice clean spacious room, outdoor jacuzzis and some more cool towels.

  For the guest this means expensive prices for everything, bad points: food and the Spa for lunch was very slow.
