Polite staff and its pleasant appearance from the photos on the internet. Great food and great service.

Our room had a lake view and was very noisy, the decor in the lobby looked like had not been updated since the 70s.

The location was great and the price we got on Booked was fantastic. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast included was excellent, the Gym was not bad.

I liked the location was almost close to the mountains, shops, restaurants and cafes, the hotel staff were wonderful. The room was sweltering hot and had a faint smell of mold, the breakfast was good.
