We loved the balcony, it was beautiful. It was truly a wonderful stay. Generally service was efficient! The hotel was 5 minutes drive from kedungu beach.

It is on a beautiful location. You can enjoy the scenery. The staff is super friendly and nice. Amazing pool side. The rooms are so comfy and well designed. Just perfect. And the buffe breakfast is really really delicious.
Well, the food was not that excellent. We had the bbq and it was a bit dissappointing if you think of the price.

Location is awsome. Fantastic views over the large waves and the famous Tanah Lot temple. Very luxorious, in a pleasant way (not stiff)
Staff is not very flexible. Restaurant is just ok, not very special, while quite pricey

Need to offer smaller portions for alacarte breakfast. $20 - $25 too expensive for breakfast if you only want a small amount. Quite a drive from the Airport......can take 1 & a half hours as the traffic/roads are very congested.

The hotel itself it very nice with great pools and the staff is extremely friendly.
We had a major problem with the room humidity! If you do not leave the air con on always with 19 - 20° celsius - which is really too cold for me - everything in the rooms gets very damp, almost wet! We changed room but this was really awful - all our clothes were wet in the morning and we had too dress and dry outside - For me that is a huge problem.

Pool-side seafood restaurant dinner was very good.
1. Price and quality ratio is extremely low - the room was extremely uncomfortable and unpleasant - TV was microscopic, only few channels with very bad quality; AC - if put room temperature more than 15C, the floor becomes quickly wet, everything in the room is wet and damp, incl sheets, which sometimes even smelled. 2. Roomservice - most of the times they didn't (forgot?) bring small towels, room cleaning was way too early, for instance on sunday at 8:45 (!) in the morning 3. Breakfast buffee was very poor, also they changed the price of the breakfast with no prior anouncement and the food was the same, as before. 4. Hotel location is very poor - no beach and because of the traffic everything is hours driving away.

The surroundings are excellent, I travelled early April so just after the rainy season and the resort was quiet, which I liked particularly. The staff was great, very attentive but not intrusive, polite and thoughtful. I discovered the island using taxis, which was also organized by the resort upon my request. The food was tasty and well presented, and I particularly enjoyed the Sunset Lounge's piano sessions, which were really entertaining. The Pool Grill was great for late lunches and even for relaxed dinners. Once more, the staff was very polite, well trained and a joy to speak to. I do recommend the resort for those who look for a balanced holiday between the beauty of the nature and getting entertained in a luxurious way. I saw many families with young kids who had a whale of a time as well as senior citizens, who equally found the resort to be catering for their needs. There were also wedding receptions, which were so romantic.
