  Great hotel, very helpful staff and the rooms were clean and the maid service was excellent. There as a restaurant/bar on ground floor, we had breakfast and was good.

  Helpfulness of front desk staff and good accommodation. Great choice for the car traveler.

  Hotel bar closed too early and wine in the restaurant more expensive than at Crowne's Plaza **** at Time's Square.

  Location to new york city, the subway walk wasn't bad and no wifi in hotel rooms is an important thing now a days. The lobby looks quite impressive and the staff is first rate, the service is awesome and professional, the towels are clean. Excellent food and try the eggs benidict, the Pan American is the best value for the money.

  Bathrooms need quick renovation, elevator is slow.

  Near to metro station and youv'e just saved $50 in taxi fares. This hotel is the worst, staff are helpfull and the rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast in the restaurant is great.
