Good location, the hotel was excellent value for money and the cleaning staff was there everyday to clean up.

Clean comfortable conveniently located, a very easy ride on the R train straight to Times Square and the location of the hotel being near to the subway is the only positive attribute.

    The location near two airports and good value for money in NYC. Very reasonable price, staff quite friendly and quick check-in. Comfortable and clean room, a decent breakfast - at extra cost.

    Pillows too soft and inefficient - especially the male receptionist was on duty at 6pm on Monday 5 July 2010.

    Other sites and really good value for money. Nice cooperative staff and late checkout quiet room clean.

    Poor standard of bathroom, soaps too small and no complimentary coffee or newspaper in morning. Additionally i found this particular receptionist cool.
