I enjoyed the night life at the clubs. They were all amazing. I like the casino floor and the food court there was convienant.

i disliked that we had to wait in line forever for the clubs. We were told that we needed to to buy an all access pass and we would not have to wait in line and just show them our room key and we would go in the express line. We waited over an hour and a half to get in. My brothers stayed there as well and he bought bracelets for 20.00 more. Had the host tell us that we would of got in much faster.

Bed was comfortable, good restaurants, bars.

The hotel is very understaffed. Upon arrival we loaded up our own bellhop cart and wheeled it into our hotel. We attempted to check in early at 1:30 and they told us they'd call us when our room was ready. This was at 4:45 and only one room was ready. They did not offer us any show passes or upgrade for the inconvenience. At check out we called for a bellhop to help us with our bags-and no one ever showed. I have never experienced such poor service at a hotel/casino in Vegas. We would not stay at the Palms again. It's fun to visit-but they do not treat their guests very well at all.

The room was no more than I expected for the rate and the type of hotel - ie very good - but more than I expected due to its location. We had a problem with the room not been cleaned on the first night - this happens - the hotel were quick to address the problem when phoned - a good response

The location of the hotel was said in its ad on the web to be near the "strip". I feel this was over sold on the website and I was disappointed - I would have paild more to be on the other side of the road - It was not near and access to the strip was not easy without extra cost via taxi

The only good thing was the location.

Did not like the staff no smile no greeting and the poor organization of the club lines. Also, this hotel is old there is too much hype for a dingy room that is not a deluxe room, in either tower. I am very upset at the rooms here they are far from being luxurious!Next time I'll make sure I stay at the Mandalay!

I liked the clubs and lounges that the hotel had to offer. The pool party on Friday was also fun.

Palms has a rating of 4 stars and I believe this to be grossly overstated. This was a 3 star hotel at best but I would more accurately rate it at 2.5 stars. I suppose I bought into all the hype about this being a great hotel to stay at for a younger more party oriented vibe and seeing as though I was planning a bachelor party I decided to book this hotel. This was a big mistake Palms is not a good value for what you get. I paid an average of 250 a night and I feel this was way too high for what this hotel offers. First off check in was a pain and I was informed that the beverage credit I was supposed to recieve would not be avaliable. The receptionist was also quite short with me and didn't seem very interested in addressing my concerns. When we got into our rooms we were very disappointed. This is supposed to be a Vegas 4 star hotel. The room was very plain dimly lit and full of early 90's wood grained furniture that you would find on old episodes of full house. There wasn't even a flat screen In the room just an ancient crt tv. The rooms at a holiday in express are more modern. The bathrooms though clean were in dire need of refreshing. The grout between the tiles were gone and the shower heads had no water pressure whatsoever. As far as the service was concerned I was very disappointed. There never seemed to be anyone avaliable at the front desk when you would call down, and in the rare event you did get someone on the phone it usually took multiple requests to have the simplest of things done. I had to call 3 times to get a roll away bed brought into my room. It took 2 hours from the time I placed the first call. The hotel also charges for access to their work out facilities which I found extremely annoying. I was terribly disappointed with my stay at the palms. Though my room was clean it was very basic and not indicative of what I've come to expect from 4 stars especially in a town like Vegas. I'm sorry Maloof brothers I will not be back to the palms.

Quality of room service was good (but the first server didn't advise like the others that there was already a room service fee and gratuity included so I shouldn't add again). Nightclubs are good, the Pearl Concert Theatre is good. Restaurants are ok, pool area and cabanas are good (but they again don't advise you that the $500 fee is not a rental fee but goes towards your tab which must run up to $500). The casino and rooms and overall service is pretty poor and location off the strip is not as much fun.

Room was in poor condition (plumbing not working properly, lightbulbs burned out, carpet dirty, sheets torn). There was no bellcaptain/service to greet you and help you unload, staff did not explain services or what fees did and didn't cover, casino personnel had forgotten how to smile and have a good time. Staff for maintenance and housekeeping either didn't respond or were very slow to respond. Overall underwhelmed by the staff attitudes - I am used to vegas being super friendly and fun. This casino missed the mark on both counts. We did 99% of our gambling at other places than the Palms. Also lots of line ups for clubs and pool etc that were poorly marked and blocked access to elevators for rooms as well and line up for front desk was across aisle in the casino area and completely unmarked. Overall not at all impressed - expected better for the price and will not retun.

Free upgrade to the better (non smoking) Paradise tower where the rooms were actually clean and didn't wreak. They were quite nice, actually (except the "disco" hallway is ridiculous to any adult).

Maids didn't always come until evening. Didn't always clean well, either.

The concierge services were excellent. Caitlin should work for Donald Trump!

I hated the location. The casino was small and not up to par with other casinos in Vegas. The front hotel tower could use a makeover inside and out. The views were unimpressive. The food court looked cheap. The pools could have had more shade. Our first room had sink and toilet issues and although the sink was worked on someone left cigarette stench in our non-smoking room.
