Awesome place to stay while in Marrakesh. We had a pool view from our room.

The one bedroom aparements are very spacious. this place is ideal for large groups wanting to save money by self catering, also with your own vehicle.the pool are is nice as well with pool side service.
It was really far away from everything, in the midlde of palmeraie. Not worthwhile if you don't have your own vehicle. The dinner on offer at outdoor restaurant was very average. chicken skewers and chips and pizza. more lunch bar food..

The spacious apartment layout was perfect for our group. We enjoyed the stunning views and the pool - it was fantastic! The service was wonderful, and the breakfast was really pleasant. , the location was what we needed - away from all the hustle and bustle, with a small taxi ride to the center.
The remote location was a downside, as there was nothing within walking distance. We also found a battle for sunbeds and umbrellas at the pool every day, as there weren't enough of either to go around.

We were 4 in the room and had to use only 2 towels during our stay, because the staff couldn't bring us extra towels. It's better to bring your own towels if you're gonna stay there.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, offering a peaceful escape from the city hustle and bustle. The staff provided excellent service, ensuring that my friends and I felt safe and relaxed during our stay. The highlight for me was the breakfast, which we enjoyed outside by the pool in the beautiful sunshine. The pool itself was fantastic, and we had a great time swimming and lounging by the water. The hotel also offered spacious and well-appointed apartments, with a lovely balcony and Moroccan-inspired decor. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making my stay truly enjoyable.
I recommend this hotel for families seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The quiet and downtime it afforded
Being in the village, the restaurant had was "just" adequate. I also found that the costs of the facilities that seemed to be part of the "package deal" -but wasn't- to be a deterent to enjoying the place (having to pay for use of the sports center, for example, in addition to the hotel seems quite out of character to hotels of this standard)

The gardens and pools were stunning and well-maintained, providing a serene environment to relax in. Staff were always on hand to offer their assistance, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. the cat-friendly environment was a delightful unexpected touch, for feline lovers like myself.
As for drawbacks, it was inconvenient to require a taxi for transportation to and from the hotel, and the on-site shop was expensive and under-stocked. , more shuttle services would have made the stay more enjoyable, as it was a bit of a hassle to go into the city.

The apartment and rooms size was excellent apart from small salon
Stayed for 2 days but the apartment was not cleaned after the 1st day. The housekeeping wanted money to clean the apartment. The size of the salon is small for a 3 rooms apartment. The furniture in the salon was not comfortable.

I book flat for three bed room and when I check in they told me that your aparetment only for two room which was disapointment and at the end I pay more to have apartment for three room which is not fair and I stay for one night and check out for that reason.

We were expecting a luxury resort but we were disappointed. The isolated location made it difficult to explore the city. The room was not well-maintained and smelled like damp. The bathroom had stains and didn't look clean. The breakfast was limited and overpriced. The view was obstructed by the rundown buildings around it
The staff was unprofessional.
