The croissants, eggs, and cheese were fantastic, I enjoyed them! 🥐

The room was reasonably spacious with a good bed and a hairdryer, a bidet, and a walk-in shower in the bathroom. It had garden views.

Comfortable and modern, the room was super clean and seemed brand-new. It had all the essentials - a safe box, central heating, and a TV! 🌟

Free parking, walking distance to town center, private pool, amazing lifeguards, daily cleaning, LOVELY restaurants nearby.

The beach

Really poor breakfast, no replenishing of empty baskets, watered down juice and staff that were many in number but didn't seem to see, hear or sense that they had customers. Reception staff friendly, when they decided to come up to the desk. Badly run - managers obviously not doing their job well. Not a four star service. Also charged an additional 60 Euros when we arrived to use facilities including the swimming pool and beach(!) which wasn't mentioned at the time of booking.

Excellent location and great facilities! The resort is expansive and has something for everyone. Super location for families. The resort has an auditorium and a play group that performs plays, skits, singing etc every night-really nice. We stayed in a Villa in the "Borgo" area and had plenty of room for the 4 of us. A room looking out on the pool with the sea in the background. Gorgeous.

This place is conveniently located near the beach and has a beautiful setting surrounded by gardens and forests, plus the food options are delicious and varied.

Great location, walking distance to town center. Good facilities and swimming pool area. Clean rooms and well-maintained property. Excellent buffet breakfast with a wide variety of options. Friendly and helpful staff.

Nothing not to like.

The room (in the "Borgo" section) was large, great facilities, nice large balcony. If you stay in "Borgo" you have a nice, quite pool area, much better than the big pool by the main hotel building. Close to the beach and within walking distance from the town.

Where to begin? Almost no English-speaking staff, generally not very helpfull. Poolbar didn´t serve food, and was closed at strange times. Main pool area extremely bad with very loud (and bad) music almost all day and evening. Worst ever breakfast. Everyone including staff seemed to hate that part of the day (when you´ve been there 3 days, you only go for the cake - if anything at all). Evening-entertainment in the amfi-theater/pool-area is only in Italian and very loud. It would be horrible to have a room nearby this. Only Wifi in reception. We strongly recommend to get a room at the "Borgo"-section!!!!

It is excellent hotel with a view over garden. The staff are very kind and kind, giving their best to make the stay a really great experience. The location is great and pleasant, next to outdoor breakfast area...

I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. The location was amazing, just steps away from a beautiful sandy beach. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. I appreciated the availability of parking and the fact that there were transportation options nearby. The breakfast provided was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Abbiamo avuto un'ottima accoglienza da parte del personale del hotel. La camera era molto confortevole e i locali erano impeccabilmente puliti. La sala per la colazione era spaziosa e ben fornita, garantendo una colazione gradevole. La posizione dell'hotel era comodissima, con la spiaggia proprio di fronte e i negozi e locali a due passi. Lo staff era gentile e cordiale, in particolare il signor Giuseppe.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, nestled in the north part of the resort surrounded by beautiful forests. It provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere, unlike any other hotels in the area. The service was top-notch, with the housekeeping staff ensuring that my room was always clean and tidy. The hotel even offered laundry services, which was a convenient and thoughtful touch. The free shuttle service was also a great bonus, making it easy to explore the nearby villages and enjoy the local attractions.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The staff could use some training in improving their interactions with visitors, but that was a minor issue compared to all the positive aspects of this place.

The location was ideal, with easy access to downtown and close proximity to the Golden Gate lookout.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us. It was very close to the center of town and the beach was just in front. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the service was great. We enjoyed the breakfast which was varied and healthy. We had a beautiful view of the sea from our room. the facilities were up-to-date.

The hotel lacked some aspects such as a market within the property.
