We were in a magnificent and stunning location not far from the beach, Burgas airport and the center of the resort. Sarafovo district was worth staying in.

We thoroughly enjoyed big size room. The location of the property was good, close to bus stop for Burgas bus. It was also next to the sea, the center of town, and the center of the resort, close to the beach and bars.

The hotel was bright with absolutely perfect and excellent location right in the centre of town. The room was spotlessly clean and cosy and provided with a nice balcony, kettle, as example. Location: the venue was just next door to the Burgas airport, bus stop and great restaurant. I found there a wide range of restaurants to eat, like Gusto Del Mare that is only 5 minutes' walk away...

The room at Hotel Palma was absolutely amazing! It had a private bathroom with a hairdryer, which was super convenient. The balcony was a great addition, and the air conditioning kept the room nice and cool. The minibar was a nice touch too. I felt like I was staying in a luxurious oasis.

Personally, I wasn't too fond of the kettle in the room. I prefer getting my hot drinks from the 24-hour front desk.

I had a great stay at this small and personal hotel in Sarafovo. The room was spacious with a large and comfortable bed, and it was kept clean daily. The staff, who were locals, were professional, kind, and spoke English very well. The location was excellent, with the beach just a short walk away and plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. The hotel also had good amenities like free Wi-Fi, a bar fridge, and a nice sunny balcony.

The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety.

Great value, central location, 10 min walk from airport. Quiet room, comfy bed, AC, TV, fridge, and Wi-Fi. Helpful and friendly family-run business. Will definitely return.
