The bed was too soft, in my opinion (I prefer a firm bed), and the sheets felt damp because our room was so humid.

The toilet leaked, the room smelled, there were water stains and rotting on the furniture and the wall paper was peeling up.

The rooms smell terrible, our lock did not work, we changed rooms to go to an even worse room and within a half an hour we checked out and went down the street to a nice hotel.

The bath room was covered in rust and my family and I were scared to walk barefoot.

We think they have bed bugs and we got attacked.

The employees were so messy, such that for the 3 days we were forced to stay there (because hotels would not refund our money) we did not request room service.

When we firt got there at 2 in the mourning the hotel receptionist was hangin out with people who were staying there.

When we asked for a refund, the staff was completely rude!

On top of it all we made the reservation through Hotels.

We had to clean our toilet because we couldn't tell if it was cleaned or not.

They didn't even offer to clean our room or move us to another.

I immediately called the front desk and asked for a clean room.
