We arrived at our room and were very surprized at how great it was.

I heard a lady in the lobby complaining about their room.

Friendly staff, spacious rooms and you can stock the kitchen at Ralphs is less than 5 minutes away.

Very family friendly hotel, the staff most helpful and i also liked the fact that there were two hot tubs.

Nicely maintained rooms and pool was great.

Fred on the front desk was very helpful, 4.

Pool area is great and underground parking is nice.

The rooms had a complete kichen for cooking and plus the organized games/events for the kids in the gym were a nice alternative to the pool.

Great pool amd spa area, indoor basketball court add up to a nice stay.

    Pool area is great and underground parking is nice. Also went out of his way to see that we had a good 25yr wedding anniversary stay, i liked the Game Room.

    No resturant no air conditioned bar inside and i don't think the guests shouldn't be charged for breakfast. There should at least be a spa available for late nights.

    Wonderful spa on site, downtown Palm Springs is a couple of minutes away and kid friendly atmosphere. The service is very good.

    Our room could have used some updating, i didn't like the pool towels policy.

    The pool area was great, the stay from February 12 to 19 was in a similar room that was in better condition and the staff were very friendly. The furniture was clean.
