Palazzo Versace Hotel Gold Coast - 黄金海岸

The location is good next to seaworld and just a walk accross the path and you're at a shopping centre with cafe's, shops and boutiques like louis vuitton and hermes.

Unfortunately this room location meant it was very noisy in the weekend with live (bad) music coming from the bluefire boat so make sure you ask not to get a room on that wing.

Pool area was very clean and the location of the hotel was very good.

We arrived into Brisbane Airport early morning so consequently, we got to the hotel before the allotted check in time.

Although the hotel is far from the airport, from Surfers Paradise, and from the theme parks, the hotel makes up for this in many ways.

We had the Superior Suite with a lovely lounge, dining separated from a large bedroom with MASSIVE bed (We have a King at home, this muct have been bigger!

The king sized bed & pillows were excellent, and the bathroom was extremely impressive - spotlessly clean, marble, huge spa & shower, private toilet etc.

The only downside to the bathroom is that there is no door or dividing wall between the bathroom and bedroom areas so if you are sharing a room, it had better be with someone you know very well!

It had a beautiful 2 person spa in the marble bathroom, a luxurious king bed and a view over the lagoon and a glimpse of the broadwater.

The room was exceptional and very spacious and had a huge open bathroom.

Great restaurants, bar food exceptional, HOWEVER when it comes to the Breakfast buffett - forget it.

The food is unbelievable - both the Vie and Vanitas restaurants serve exquisite food and the breakfast buffet at the Il Barocco is also fab.

The water was heated, pool bar service was great and our buffet breakfast was wonderful.

The Hotel restaurants, well worth a visit, are are also very special offering excellent cuisine.

We had breakfast every day there which had a good selection of food as well as dining there once for the seafood buffet which was superb.

7: No one picks up the phone when you call them (Room Service, Concierge, Front Desk, Housekeeping.

The staff were all friendly and efficient and the service very personable.

Staff couldn't be more charming and efficient from the porters, chambermaids, restaurant staff to the reception area staff.

It is an absolutely gorgeous property with staff that have a strong attention to detail and service.

The lobby is breathtaking and our daughter loves the pool.

We spent the entire day in the spa/pool and the nights feasting in their restauramts or relaxing in the comfy lounge room.

The pool area is beyond beautiful, the best place to spend the day the sun is out and the lobby is quite impressive.

The room was immaculate and extremely clean.

Beautiful hotel, the staff were pleasant and our room whilst not over large was clean.

A very stylish hotel, excellent service and the bathroom was extremely impressive - spotlessly clean.

The room was great, the food was delicious fresh and gym was fantastic - used once.

The rooms were nothing less than pure Versace.
