  This hotel offered incredible value for money, very clean and the staff were awesome, the room we had was on the ground floor very spacious two bed rooms one double.

  This hotel was fantastic in a superb location, staff were helpful and friendly throughout, air conditioning system in smaller room did not work as well as in larger room.

  A quiet location compared to the rest of Venice, the staff speak excellent English and the hotel is very clean.

  Larger room had very nice view of canal, hotel staff were very helpful and informative.

  The tv set looked like was made in 1962 and breakfast was also good.

  Location is the best, easy to get in & out on feet and spotless Breakfast sufficient Would always go back as compared to other hotels in Venice '. Staff is friendly, the rooms are wonderfully furnished and spotlessly clean.

  That's a lovely intro to the city, good value would stay again and the staff were very kind and helpful. The rooms were cleaned everyday.
