  Good Location and quiet place. Staff very friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable.

  Location is good and comfortable quaint place to stay - like a bed. The staff is friendly and helpful, a very reasonable room rate you will not do better than the Palatin - would have no hesitation in recommending.

  10 min walking to the old city, an excellent place to stay and the staff was very nice and helpful. Also the room had good storage space.

  The location is perfect for walking or taking transportation to most of Jerusalem's tourist sites and the hotel has an old fashioned charm that matches the warmth of the owners. Moreover air conditioned rooms and the breakfast is good.

  The location is central - 15min walk to Old City, because the hotel is small the staff is friendly and close to many things like restaurants.

  The buses stop few hundred meters away at King George st. Many eateries nearby, staff at the hotel was very helpful in giving us directions to visit relatives and the service was good. There was also the possibility to make hot drinks during the day.

  Convenient 15 min walk to the old city for an affordable price, the location of the hotel is very good and the staff was able to give me breakfast is not normally given till 7.

  The location was convenient to many historic sites and a larger variety of channels than the other three hotels we stayed at in Israel. The staff was really good.

  Bedroom carpet was not very clean, breakfast was very minimal.
