The service was excellant in my opinion. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, a private safe, and a flat-screen TV. Location: the hotel was just next door to the centre of town and beautiful Klagenfurt on business for 2 days in June in the middle of a record heat wave.

I had an elegant and quiet room complete with a large bathroom and fresh fruits. The food selection was enjoyable, meals were great, and they have a wide array of options.

Conveniently located elegant palace, close to main square and Christmas market. Helpful staff, good breakfast, comfortable bed for a restful sleep. Underground parking available at a good price. Colorful, clean lobby with friendly personnel. Bicycle storage facility. Great central location, with shops, cafes, and bus station within a short walk. Beautifully presented with underground parking. Unusual hotel with Versailles-like design on upper floors of a commercial building. Retired-friendly rooms. Varied staff, with a mix of helpfulness. Reasonable pricing.

good size rooms for the suite. The breakfast was wonderful and so was the breakfast staff

The decor and comfort of the hotel was excellent. The staff helpful and professional at all times.The buffet breakfast with its comprehensive range made a great start to the day. Secure parking albeit at a cost very near.

The staff at this hotel were outstanding, treating us with impeccable service and making us feel like VIPs. Larisa, in particular, was a delight and provided us with a personal concierge-like experience. The hotel's location in the main square was perfect, and the beauty of the hotel itself was truly regal. The breakfast was opulent and the WiFi was better than most places we've stayed at. the entire staff and the immersive aesthetic of the hotel made our stay unforgettable.

We felt privileged during our stay and had no complaints whatsoever.

The town is extraordinary, beautiful and clean, its history is impressive, the lake was also magnificant, and the hotel...is astonished: furniture, food, location...everything was beautiful! Congratulations!

the room was new-fashioned and bright by the bar downstairs. the location was perfect, only 5 minutes walk to dragon fountain.

During my stay at this place, I found the location to be absolutely perfect. It was right in the heart of the city center, making it easy to explore all the local amenities and attractions. The train station was also just a short 1km walk away, making it a terrific jumping off point for everything I wanted to see and do while visiting.

I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The noise from the street was loud in early morning hours, probably garbabe pick up trucks. In general hotel facility is dated with old hallway carpet and the bathroom, although very clean, wants a bit of updating. The hotel reception is not at ground level but on upper level of the building.

Excellent location in the centre of the old town and market square - you could not be more central! 10 minutes to the airport and a 20 minute walk from the rail station.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city center. The main square was just a stone's throw away, making it super convenient for exploring all the shops and sights.

Service at breakfast was not very good

Location is perfect - on Neue Platz and on the entrance to its underground car park (60% discount for hotel clients). The furniture and decoration are a sort of early xx century kitsch which is quite charming. And the breakfast is abundant and varied

Unfortunately when I visited they were having problems with WiFi - but it looked like they were going to have it fixed quickly.

We recently had a romantic escape and stayed at a hotel in Klagenfurt. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated in a baroque style. We loved the fact that the windows opened onto a main square, offering a lovely view. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city, allowing us to easily explore and enjoy the sights, shopping, and dining options. the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We were disappointed by the lack of basic amenities in the room. There was no provision for drinking water, which we felt should be a standard offering.
