Great location, overall an excellent hotel at a very reasonable price.
Shopping streets & great hammam, good views and the historical value of the hotel itself.
This hotel is completely overpriced (130 Euros a night) for what it is.
This hotel has all the appeals to be a great hotel in the great town of Granada, but the only great thing you get is the not-worth-it price per room.

Away from street noise, fantastic location - close to Alhambhra and we could feel the old times of Granada.
The hotel is in the best location in Granada - the old city.
We asked them on booking how to get to the hotel and were told to park our car in a specific car park and take a taxi to the hotel.
On entering Granada we followed signs to the Alhambra and coming into the older central part of the city we stopped a taxi and then followed him to the car park, where we left the car for 2 days without a problem, for 32 euros.
Fabulous views from this room, the bathroom and the bedroom of the Alhambra and the C del Darro.
I like to pick rooms that I can actually view on a website and we chose room 9 or the Boabdil suite at this hotel.
The bed was very small the bath was set on the opposite way to what you would expect so it was an awkward climb to get the plug in.
The bathroom was a little strange as mentioned but it was modern, the water was hot, the jacuzzi bath was gorgeous, there was a bidet, a hairdrier and more views!
This is more like a B and B as there are no other facilities at the Hotel other than a Bed and Breakfast offered.
We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, because there are so many other restaurants nearby, but it looked like a very basic buffet.
The hotel is in a great location, the breakfast is good as breakfasts go, and the staff were helpful.
Didn't have breakfast as it wasn't included and at 10 euros per person we knew we could get it half the price outside.
We asked for a restaurant recommendation and got one but no map, no little diagram and we never found it.
We didn't have breakfast in the hotel based on other reviews, and there are good places for breakfast in nearby Plaza Nueva and Bib-Rambla.

The staff was apologetic but it wasn't their fault.
The lobby is beautiful and has original 15th century frescos and in decorated in the classic mudejar style that you see all over southern spain.
Its great for babies - there's an elevator and they provided 2 cribs at no extra charge I wish we could have stayed more than one night.
It is difficult to access, as it is up a tiny laneway with steps and there is no parking nearby.
