Palacio De Los Navas Granada - 格拉纳达

This hotel is in an excellent location and all the main sights are within easy walking distance.

Despite the central location and the fact that our room overlooked the street, we did not find the room noisy.

The location of the Palacio de Los Navas is great and the young staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Airport close by to centre (20 mins and 27 euros in hotel car or 4 euros on bus- 40 mins).

You can get to the hotel easily by shuttle bus from the airport (3 euros) which drops you at Puerta Real.

The room and bathroom had all the facilities you could need, although our bathroom didn’t have a bath.

They were perfectly friendly, but the room had about 2 feet on each side of the bed and 1 small desk chair.

Was given a small room, loud air conditioner in wall, view of brick wall across the alley, 2 small beds pushed together.

Given the small size of the hotel and the usual state of continental-buffet breakfasts in European hotels we were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast provided at the hotel.

This small, calm hotel is handily situated on one of Granada's most popular tapas bar/ restaurant streets.

The Staff were lovely, very helpful, suggesting places to go, restaurants to eat in and booking tables when asked.

This is a lovely, small boutique-style hotel located on perhaps the best street in town for tapas bars and restaurants (my favorite = Chicota and their dish pollo de chicota).

Staff was very friendly, a nice Spanish lady worked at the reception, her English was very good and she was very helpful in trying to find a room for us in Seville, which was our next stop after Granada.

The receptionist staff were efficient rather than particularly warm, though; a little extra staff training might not go amiss.

On arrival we were provided with a map of Granada (much better than the one we had in our guide book) and the staff offered to arrange dinner reservations for us or get us tickets for the main sights, tour bus, flamenco show, etc.

Now to the scary part: the parking lot was hellish: steep descent, ridiculously tight spaces which show evidence of many prior accidents.

I would recommend NOT using this parking lot which the hotel sent us to.

The lobby is very cute, with a fountain and chairs.

Despite my request for a quiet room (having read previous reports) we were put in room 12 which is directly opposite the bar on the street, which doesn't close until 230am - and then the lorries come to clean the rubbish/bottles!

In our small, tidy room, everything was white and not very high on unique charm -- a little surprising considering the room was as expensive (120 Euros) as some much more luxurious boutique hotels we stayed at in other Spanish cities.

A great deal of thought had gone into the decor, the furnishings and those little extras that make you feel at home - fresh fruit in the room, a very well stocked basket of toiletries.
