This incredible, tucked-away 15th-century hotel is on the eastern side of St. George's Castle. The location is absolutely beautiful, there's a black marble rooftop pool, library, and chapel. The chapel has amazing views of the city and river. The on-site Café Belmonte received praise for its baked goods.
