The location is conveniently close to golf courses, shops, restaurants, and grocery stores, which met all of our needs.

Excellent hotel in a very good location if you want a quiet neighborhood.

I did not expect a 5 star resort for the price but i felt very comfortable in The Palace & it also is at a great location!

Convenient location to get to all major MB spots.

Not to mention the fact that buses were transporting random people (possibly prisoners) about 3 times a day.

We stayed in a two bedroom suite and our beds were really hard, the room not clean and our TV in the den did not work.

The two room suites have a nice large living room area and a seperate bedroom , both types of rooms were good.

The sprinkler in the room was rusty and the bathroom needed to be completely remodeled (the tub was in pretty bad shape) and they only had one TV in the unit.

To get clean towels or bed linens, I had to take the dirty ones across the street to the laundry room and exchange them for clean ones.

When we came back to our room we had found that a few things were missing from our luggage and change from a pocket of some jeans that were left on the bed.

When we wanted to get off the beach it was only a few steps (literally) to the pool deck with two swimming pools, more Jacuzzis than I could count, an ice cream shop, restaurant and a bar full of friendly tourists.

The restaurant on the bottom floor had complimentary breakfast each morning which consisted of cereal, eggs, grits, waffles, sausage, gravy biscuits, etc.

When we were there it was a one-man show serving bar food and having no liquor license.

Blue Wave restaurant is a great option for a quick, light lunch.

It had a gorgus picture window from which you can see the south end of the beach while you are at the breakfast table.

It is very affordable, yet the service, the staff, the appearance and the relaxing atmosphere is still top rated("A").

Convenient location to get to all major MB spots, the place is spotless and the front desk staff is nice.

The unit was spacious and clean and very comfortable to stay in, with a great ocean view, The front desk staff was friendly about answering my questions about attractions in the area.

The elevators (both in the lobby and the parking deck) were constantly broken.

You will have to WAIT for (1) of the (3) elevators to get back and forth to your room and the only elevator to your car is in the parking garage and there is only (1) of them.

The elevator in the parking garage was a pain, but luckily it wasn't crowded and we were able to park close enough to walk down to the lobby most days.

They had dial-up internet and the guy told me how to get it, but it was complicated, so and I had to do without-that was inconvenient.

We stayed in room 1708, it was very clean and spacious.

When we got to the room, we were almost scared to open the door after all we had read on here, but to our surprise we were very impressed, the room was spacious and very clean.

The decor was nice, the service was great and the suite was impeccably clean.

The room was very clean, so that impressed me after reading some things on here.

Furthermore the rooms are always clean and the lamps didn't have working bulbs.
