The location is perfect - next to the lakeshore and this hotel has a lovely position right on Lake Lucerne.

    The location is lovely and great museum for people of all ages. The hotel is fabulous, the rooms are nice - spacious a bit dated in their decoration and most of the staff are friendly and accommodating. Very large - almost apartment size and jasper restaurant is very good.

    The view was spectacular, from the moment we arrived to the minute we left everything was superb and overall the stay was very enjoyable. Furthermore by the way dining at the Swiss House was an excellent choice and the staff were wonderful. The rooms were huge, the piano bar was very pleasant and the new restaurant Jasper was good. The concierge was also helpful in telling us the nice restaurents.

    Views are fabulous, the Palace hotel is a good choice for a luxurious and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Probably one of the most beautiful rooms we have ever stayed in.

    The view was spectacular and the town was near enough to walk to. The three nights in the hotel were long and noisy, the service was excellent, our room was very kind and gracious. Breakfast was good.
