During our New Year's stay, we were pleased with the excellent service provided by the staff. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. the hotel's prime location offered easy access to key attractions and amenities in the area. The beautiful views from our room were also a major highlight of our stay.
The rooms appeared tired and in need of renovation. The carpets were worn and the paint was peeling in some areas.

The hotel is very grand in nature, with the staff providing excellent service. It was built in the 1920's and all the rooms date back to that period and is excellently decorated. The room I stayed in was a little bit basic but comfortable and clean
The price of the set dinner is a little expensive.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with everything in my room spotless and the bathroom looking brand new. The hotel facilities were impressive, with extensive grounds that included a beautiful rose garden and even a par 3 golf course. The location in an upmarket residential area was perfect, providing a peaceful and shaded environment. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, promptly fixing any issues that arose, such as a faulty bedside lamp. The breakfasts were also a highlight, with generous portions and a chef who would even make custom omelettes upon request.
Could not be improved in any way.

We liked the breakfast very good plenty of it, service very good, liked swimming pool inside and out, the sauna the gardens and a very pleasant atmosphere.
The bathroom in our room was in very poor condition in need of refurbishment.unexceptable for a 4 star hotel. It seems that they have a problem with there cleaning staff.

I had such a relaxing holiday at this hotel. The atmosphere was warm and the staff were friendly and attentive. The indoor and outdoor pools were a hit, and the views of the gardens from my room were fabulous. The hotel had a charming old-fashioned charm, and everything was very clean. Although the decor was a bit outdated, it added to the hotel's charm. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options for breakfast. The only improvements I would suggest are refurbishing the changing rooms in the indoor pool and offering better quality orange juice. I would highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful getaway.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel that provided enhanced comfort and quality services. The location was central and in a good area with easy access to the town centre. The hotel was surrounded by wonderful gardens and there was even a walk down to the sea in a beautiful cove. The staff at this place were friendly and went above and beyond to help and be of service. They were always asking if I wanted a drink and presented a drinks menu while still being polite and efficient. The room amenities included tea and coffee facilities, an electric kettle, and an AM/FM alarm clock. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were wonderful, along with the leisure swimming pool and free Wi-Fi in public areas.
I recommend this hotel to anyone.

An excellent location for this luxurious hotel. The bed breakfast nad evening meal package is excellent value. The staff are extremely helpful and efficiient in the restaurant and the food is of the highest quality. The breakfasts alone set you up for the day! The swimming pool is a wonderful addition as are the sports facilities and do not appear to be over used affording a wonderful experience. The location is ideal for many places in the area as long as you have a car.

What a great way to start the new year! I had an amazing stay in a hotel in Torquay. The location was perfect, as it was located on top of a hill and had stunning views. The gardens were a delight to stroll through. The hotel has plenty of great facilities such as a pool, sauna and a well-equipped gym.
There were only a few things that I disliked. The décor in the rooms was a bit outdated and the size of the rooms was a bit smaller than I had hoped.
