The low rate was basically a trick - while this location is good there are lots of nice boutique hotels nearby that would end up being cheaper and probably have usable desks, too.

It's location is awkward -- no views, limited restaurants nearby, and popular with drunks and homeless at night.

The location is very good - very close to Market street and all the shopping and close to the Moscone Centre where my conference was being held.

If you are taking limited baggage, the Montgomery Station of the BART is just outside of the hotel, making the trip from the airport in about 30 minutes, which interms of time and money , beats a taxi during rush hour.

When I left they even arranged my car and driver to the airport which was almost the same cost as a taxi (it was their suggestion!

Great location, extremely helpful staff, big room (especially compared to London), very comfortable bed, big clean bathroom, huge HD LCD TV, mini-bar.

Regis -- windows could not be opened, annoying remote electronic control device glowed brightly all night, AC blew right over the bed, room lacked iron/ironing board, toilet ran all night, privacy deadbolt wouldn't engage.

The rooms were clean (although the sofa in the living room needed a good cleaning) and the king bed was extremely comfortable.

Marble Bathroom - King Size Bed - Big TV (not LCD) and impecible service.

The bed was comfortable with nice fluffy pillows and the bathroom had nice comfy robes.

The hotel restaurants were superb, the service outstanding, and my breakfast, lunch and Sunday brunch in the famous Garden Court with the glass roof and crystal chandeliers were spectacular.

The restaurant where we enjoyed breakfast has the most gorgeous decor and the glow from the high-ceilinged skylights was worth seeing even if we weren't staying there.

Restaurant excellent for breakfast and dinner- waitress really sweet especially to jet-laged kids (even when 8yr old fell asleep at the table!

Breakfast came early for us in the beautiful Garden restaurant, one of the most beautiful courtyard-like rooms you'll ever see in a hotel.

We did not check out the bar or restaurant because there are so many within walking distance.

The concierge, front desk, room service, bell service and door attendants were polite, timely, and handled our requests (car rental, special dietary requirements, etc.

The staff was efficient, and the hotel offered 24 hour room service, a concierge, and even an indoor swimming pool.

There is a fitness center,indoor pool, sauna, and jacuzzi all located inside the hotel.

The best part is the pool/spa that is covered by a atrium with a jacuzzi and sauna.

The pool area is fantastic and includes a jacuzzi and a dry sauna.

High speed connectivity was $18 per day which I think is ridiculous.

High speed internet is available for about $17/day - though I would have expected this level of hotel to offer free internet access, the hook up was simple and we got a lot of use out of it and so it was worth it to us.

The room itself was very clean and tidy, with lots of room for our things.

The bathroom was small, old-fashioned, and not very clean.

A lot of side services like brakfast or phoning are too expensive, the room is clean and would have liked to sit in the middle or back part of the restaurant.

My room was quiet, comfortable, clean, and perfectly big enough.

My large double room was comfortable, quiet, elegant and clean.
