The breakfast and supper dinner service was excellent and the staff friendly. The director of the hotel quickly and professionally resolved any issues. The restaurants offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, and the spa facilities were great with an indoor swimming pool, saunas, and a fitness area. Outdoor activities like tennis, basketball, and football were available, and there was a beautiful park nearby for strolls or picnics. Additionally, the surrounding area had palaces, castles, and picturesque hills to explore.
Felt right at home, no reason to complain.

The Castle is nice and one has the feeling being in another era. The facilities are up to date e.g. pool and spa.
I made a reservation through reception for a SPA treatment. I chose a treatment and have been given another and I have been presented with the bill at the end. The price was double to the treatment I have asked for, and it was the most expensive possible... plus it did not last 120 minutes but 90. 90% of the staff speaks only German, besides Polish and communication in English is extremely difficult. There are only 3 double rooms in all the hotel, all others have tween beds, we pushed the 2 together. This was unpleasant since our 3 year old had to sleep in the gap.

Beautiful environment. Great facilities, including Swimming pool, Spa and two Sauna's. Perfect breakfast with (free) eggs and coffee to order to your liking. Close to the mountains and ski area.
Bit too cold room despite heating working (but then again, it was 20 degrees minus outside).

I keep coming back because of the helpful staff who once assisted me with a taxi. The place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, free parking, indoor swimming pool, fitness centre, massage, restaurant. Perfect for a city break.

The room at Palac Wojanow was like stepping into a fairy tale. The antique furniture and elegant bathroom with bathrobes made me feel like royalty. The spaciousness of the room was amazing, giving me plenty of room to relax after a busy day exploring. I loved the deep soaking bathtub and rainfall showerhead in the bathroom. It was so indulgent and luxurious.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the flat-screen TV in the twin/double room. It was just a matter of personal preference.

We were blown away by the beauty of the hotel and the surroundings. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a large swimming pool and spa that were perfect for relaxation. Breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of choices. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness of the rooms was commendable.
Nothing that we didn't like.

The buffet breakfast was so varied, I didn't know where to start! The spa centre was a haven of relaxation, especially the indoor pool with anti-current. The palace itself was truly luxurious, fit for a queen like me.
Missing a swing in the garden, because why wouldn't I want to feel like a child again?

The hotel's architecture and interior are visually stunning, which creates a lovely atmosphere. The swimming pool facilities and the spa are excellent and offer a great opportunity to relax. The staff is friendly and helpful.
There are some areas for improvement, such as the inconsistent quality of the food in the buffet. The shower facilities are not always as hot as they should be.

I had an incredible experience at this hotel! the value for money was outstanding, with affordable prices that allowed me to enjoy luxury without breaking the bank. Secondly, the attention to detail throughout the hotel was impeccable, from the beautifully decorated rooms with comfortable double beds to the stunning parkland surroundings. Lastly, I was blown away by the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were friendly, helpful, and made sure that every need was met. Plus, the breakfast spread was delicious and satisfying, with a variety of warm dishes to choose from.
Everything was perfectly fine during my stay.

Really nice not overcrowded pool with jacuzzi spacious comfortable rooms nice park and surroundings not far from beautiful Ksiaz castle
In my personal opinion restaurant menu should be simplified because it is over the top and not really what it tries to be Did not enjoy food at all (apart from breakfast)

One of the few things I appreciate about this cozy old castle is the free parking lot that saved me a few bucks. The breakfast was included and delicious too. the location, surrounded by immense and mesmerizing gardens, is definitely its best aspect. The tranquility was remarkable, and everything seemed to be running smoothly at all times.
I was underwhelmed by the fact that the pool was closed during my entire stay. I also noticed that a few guests had to wait long periods of time to be checked in.

This hotel provides excellent value for money, offering competitive prices for a stay in a beautiful area surrounded by parkland. The staff pays attention to detail, ensuring that the rooms are furnished with period-style furniture, giving a charming and authentic touch to the accommodation. The beds are comfortable, especially on the last floors, and even have an extra bed available if needed. Additionally, the breakfast is outstanding, offering a variety of dishes including creative options such as smoked fish and strawberry-filled dumplings.
Everything was fine.

We stayed in a hotel in a beautiful area not too far from the stunning Ksiaz castle. The surrounding park was nicely kept with beautiful views. While our room was average, the bathroom was outdated and the service was lacking. The breakfast was adequate, though not much was available by the time we arrived. On the other hand, the pool and spa were excellent features, and the restaurant had amazing views from the terrace.
The walls seemed thin, and noises from other guests in adjacent rooms were loud and constant.
