Everything was amazing, so were magnificent views of the ocean and Surfers Paradise. The location was amazing and favourable, very close to all Burleigh Heads has to offer and bus routes and the beach close to all restaurants and bars. Tried some takeout specials at Slice Pizzeria, luckily it was at a moderate distance from the venue...

i was offered a room with pleasant views of the rear mountain. the staff i met were very welcoming. the free parking was onsite, helpful service. also, location was marvellous, at a moderate distance from burleigh head national park.

We stayed in this place for a week and it was great! The location was walking distance to everything, which was very convenient. The staff were welcoming and friendly, always ready to assist us with any questions or requests. The rooms were slightly older style, but clean and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. We especially loved the pools, they were awesome and kept the kids entertained for hours. we had a lovely time and would definitely recommend this place to others.

That the room could use some new furniture and equipment, as we stayed for three weeks and found minimal cleaning equipment and clothes baskets. However, this minor issue did not overshadow our overall experience.

Location: the hotel was not far from the local supermarket and the Stockland shopping centre nearby and shopping restaurants. The staff team was welcoming at any time. My room was recently refurbished & updated with incredible views as well as good facilities.

During my recent business trip to Gold Coast, my director chose Pacific Regis Beachfront Holiday Apartments as our accommodation. This resort truly exceeded my expectations in terms of facilities. The indoor and outdoor heated pools provided a perfect way to relax and unwind after a long day of meetings. The two spas and sauna added an extra level of luxury to my stay, allowing me to indulge in some well-deserved pampering.

It felt like staying at a construction site rather than a peaceful retreat.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't have been better, right opposite the beach and close to cafes, shops, and everything we needed. The view from our apartment was truly breathtaking, overlooking the ocean and coastline. The heated pool was a great offering, providing much-needed relaxation and relief for our aches and pains. We could have spent the entire day there! The spacious apartment had all the necessary amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, and dryer. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. With free Wi-Fi, a beautiful garden area, and beach access, this place truly exceeded our expectations.

We highly recommend this hotel to our friends for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I was traveling with my brother and we were very happy with the staff and the attention we were given. Very friendly and helpful. They assisted us in an apartment that suited us better. We were very happy with the apt we signed up for except the view. We asked if there were other apts available that would have a view. They assisted us with this and worked with us to make it work. We booked on internet and even though the description was accurate, we wanted to change once we arrive. We had several questions about the area, restaurants, buses, and questions of local points of interests. They were able to answer all questions and directed very well. The apartments are managed by a family and I think this made a difference as well.

We were sad that the hot tub area was under construction, but the pool was available and in good condition.

had an amazing stay at a beachfront apartment in Gold Coast, exceeded my expectations. Comfy bed, fantastic view, and pleasant staff. Perfect location with beautiful beach and plenty of eateries nearby. Looking forward to going back!

Usual managers were away so I expect in normal circumstances there would have been more assistance from the front desk for local facilities/transport etc

Even though the room we stayed in was looking old, I find the layout of the rooms at Pacific Regis Apartments very good. They are large and spacious with good cupboards. The kitchen is also well set out. The general bathroom is very spacious and it offers a bath facility as well. The bathroom in the ensuite is also a good design - especially with the shower door opening either way.

We found that the fan in the main bedroom (43) was very noisy and as such we were unable to use it at night. There were lights that also needed replacing and this was done promptly.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, with great views from the balcony and comfortable amenities. It's conveniently located close to the beach and dining venues, and there's a pool and underground parking available. The cleanliness is top-notch, and the hotel facilities are well-maintained. We felt safe in the secure area of the downstairs foyer, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
