Overall had excellent stay for February instead of January. The room was tidy and compact, offered an electric kettle, a fridge, and air conditioning. We liked wake-up service available.

Brand-new room with extremely comfy beds, a safe, a minibar, and a stone fireplace. A lot of decent options for meal. Decent, unbeatable location in Phnom Penh, very close to the Sorya bus terminal, Vietnamese/Chinese restaurant and a major local market.

We had a really good stay of 4 nights.

Everything was simply excellent. The whole place was spotlessly clean and the staff were really friendly. The location was perfect, at a short distance from National Museum. There was a really nice restaurant, an old market and a local market next door. Our rooms were brand-new with window with unbearable smell of dampness as expected.

Loved a mini-refrigerator, a safe box, and a TV in the room. Everything was good, even so a few employees were not so helpful.

Convenient location, clean and comfortable rooms, powerful shower, friendly staff, good breakfast with both local and western options. ATM and popular "Pub street" nearby. a pleasant stay for its price range.

The breakfast is exceptionally nice with fried rice, has HEALTHY food. The hotel staff is good and absolutely perfect.

The hotel staff helped us to get the bus ticket by my preferred carrier for travelling to Siam Reap. They also arranged the reservation changes effortlessly.They cautioned us to keep our passport and money safe while moving in the surrounding areas.

The room electic kettle did not have tea bags even though milk and sugar was provided. We were advised to go out and buy the tea bags !!

The breakfast was rich with fried rice, with lots of food. The hotel had a central location, close to a palace and a Royal palace. We had a real good stay that met the needs, would love to return.

The location of Pacific Hotel is excellent, with easy access to Central Market and small eateries nearby. The reception staff were friendly and had good English ability, making check-in a breeze. The room cleaning service was also exceptional, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel's gym on the third floor was an added bonus for those looking to stay active. I had a pleasant experience during my stay at Pacific Hotel.

the breakfast is not so good, but rooms are very nice i stayed there 2 times, the first time the room was great the second time i had only a small room, so ask to change room to a big room they did not want to change so i said i want to check out, then it was possible to change to other room

This place is conveniently located near a bus stop and just a short walk away from attractions like the royal palace.

We greatly enjoyed particularly nice breakfast with fried rice, offered by the hotel. The location was marvellous and fab for exploring this fairly nice area, just next door to the night market and all main attractions.
