The situation - at the western end of Robson Street - is ideal and this hotel is in a great location in Downtown Vancouver.

Well located to the hustle bustle of Robson St, nov 26 2006: The hotel is in a great location and the front desk staff is also excellent.

Located on Robson St, it's location is great as you can walk to almost all the places you need to.

My work took me to Victoria for the day and the float plane ‘airport’ was, again, either a short taxi ride or 15 minute walk from the hotel.

The staff were really friendly, giving us such a great welcome after our long flight and taxi journey from the airport.

We had 2 televisions, a king sized bed, bathroom with shower tub, a couch and coffee table, desk for wireless internet, a breakfast table and a small kitchen area with microwave and mini bar.

The toilet leaked, the walls and doors are paper thin between the bedroom and living room, and the bathroom doesn't even have a towel bar on the wall.

Big suite,King bed,pullout sofa kitchinette,balcony,with a view,and a big bathroom.

The hotel restaurant "Zin" was excellent, although with so many other fabulous world class restaurants in the vicinity, it was only really useful for breakfast.

You're close to all restaurants like the Keg, Moxie's, Cloud9 revolving restaurant, pubs and numerous cultural restaurants with Sushi, East Indian and Thai cuisine, etc.

We ate breakfast once and dinner once in Zin's, the hotel restaurant and both service and food were excellent although the dinner menu is limited.

Zin is the on-site restaurant, open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and room service offering rather good food.

Good Crepe bar acroos the road from hotel entrance and the best restaurant we found was Joe Forte's Seafood & Chop House at Robson and Thurlow.

晚上电梯上下特别吵,对我太太和小孩倒没什么影响,但让我有点抓狂.

我觉得酒店需要花点钱加强一个隔音或者让电梯运转噪音更小一些.

The hotel also has a fabulous gym, pool and spa.

The place is clean and comfortable, the rooms are spacious.

The staff were really friendly and the rooms we stayed in were clean.

The room was large and clean, absolutely no complaints on that front.

Besides being spacious, the suite was very clean.

The rooms are clean but the ammenities are not as luxurious as other hotels in downtown Vancouver.
