  We liked the location, on the bus route so access to all other the facilities/tourist attractions in Waikiki is easy and bell desk staff's quality is perfect. Breakfast buffet at the aquarium: wonderful fish, for Europeans a nice way to get experience.

  The manager encourages people to eat outside by the sidewalk at an outside barbeque on a busy street, smell of food all day long in lobby downstairs and having only one person at the front desk is also answering the phone is also unacceptable. Hard to see lighted up button on wall of main floor elevator indicator.

  Fabulous view of Diamondhead and great abc store. Furthermore the breakfast in the hotel was very good, oceanfront room was fantastic hanging over the beach and staff was specially very helpful. Dinner - were always well stocked.

  Elevators were a bit slow, they made the coffee taste metallic and the pool was small.

  Nice stores on site and central to the main street. I loved this hotel and price reasonable. The staff were really helpfull, the room was very well appointed and the buffet breakfast was lovely - much more variety than anticipated.

  Fantastic location and the beach BBQ for dinner was great value. The room was very spacious compared to newer hotels and the staff were always attentive and courteous.

  View unreal and mountains was excellent from the room we had.

  Other than one unfortunate "bar- b- q" breakfast we had out there we never ate once at the hotel, staff were not welcoming and the elevators were scary.

  Location was excellent and the room was large and clean.

  My only critism was that the lifts were slow at peak times and the Aquarium at breakfast was unreal.

  Close to central area walking distance to most things and you have great staff.

  Hotel is quite old, there should be chairs outside the lifts on all floors so that guests find hard to stand for sometimes 5-10 minutes for the lift at peak times and make the doors tight so the noise from the corridors does not come in the room. The buffet is $38.95 for just one person and the Spa is not so advisable.

  The view from our balcony was fabulous and the customer service was excellent. The rooms were well equiped.

  Nice view and just across the road from the beach. The hotel seemed reasonable in most aspects, great proximity to shopping and staff very friendly. Room large and continental brkfst buffet.

  Shops were not too far away, the dining room was excellent for both breakfast.
