The prices of the rooms are unjustified and only serve to subsidise the leisure club that is attached to the hotel.
I would have expected better from a hotel like this, and the prices were extortionate.
Not worth the price paid and too far out to be classed as an Oxford hotel.
Conveniently located just outside Oxford and a wonderful hotel in a wonderful location.
Its location on the river only adds to its appeal and I look forward to staying again in the future.

The room was large, beautifully decorated, with a king size bed, well equipped bathroom and seperate lounge area with big comfy sofa.
The staff never smiled or made you feel comfortable and the size of the bed in a spacious room.
The room walls were dirty, the floor looked like it had not been vacuumed, and the bed sheets smelt, overall it did not look like it was well maintained.

The newly refurbished rooms looked great, but there was nothing wrong with my "old-style" room.
The only meal worth eating is breakfast and if you've read "Hotel Babylon" you'll know for how much hotels provide breakfasts!
Breakfast restaurant has very good greenery view that kicks off a good.
I was really surprised to see them having their wedding breakfast in the hotel restaurant alongside all the other guests and delegates.
We had lunch in the main restaurant every day and the food was well cooked, the salad option was very limited which was a shame as it was during a very hot spell.
Moreover the room was large and the food in the restaurant was very good.
The reception staff are lovely, the room has a big space and the food is absolutely delicious - very enjoyable.

The pool is the perfect size and with a jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and gym is very well equipped.
