Despite its few issues, I highly recommend this hotel it is a great value for it's size and quality.
The two bedroom suite has two large bedrooms and two full bathrooms and a nice size living area with refrigerator and microwave.
The room was good, the bed firm and pretty well clean.
It's your basic bed, TV armoire, mini fridge, microwave, couch, and desk.
We booked a two bedroom suite for our family of 4.
3 TVs ~One in each bedroom, as well as the living room.
Breakfast was acceptable hot or cold food.
Breakfast was great, check-in was fast and friendly.
The hair dryer didn't turn off unless you unplugged, i expected the complimentary breakfast to be a continental breakfast.
The breakfast buffet was more than we expected but wished it lasted until 10am on the weekdays.
It's clean, fairly comfortable, and provides a continental breakfast, as well as an "evening reception".
The only negatives I can report is the Front Desk and Service Staff have MAJOR issues.
Front desk staff were polite and the hot tub was too hot.
The staff was pleasant and their employees were so friendly.
Check in was swift and friendly and we were given vouchers for the complimentary manager’s reception each evening and a hot breakfast each morning.
It has a nice indoor pool and jacuzzi which I appreciated and an excellent continental breakfast.
The lobby is very nice and as most hotels that are pet friendly.
The pool was a little small, but ok if not too many people.
The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, the room was exceptionally clean.
The staff were friendly and attentive, our room was clean and comfortable.
The place was quiet, the staff was very accommodating and friendly, bathroom was spacious and clean.
The bathroom is very small, but seems very clean (the toiletries are nice.
The room was good and the pillows were even fresh smelling.
