I made reservations for a university graduation next year and found Oxford Suites did not price gouge as other hotels in the area are doing.
The location is great for both these activities, very close to some shopping and a short drive to the Sierra Nevada Brewery for some great food.
Nice room, good location & a great breakfast.
The location is very good allowing for convenience to the Mall and comfortable place to rest our bones for the night.
The location is fine for exploring by car and the hotel is pet friendly.
The location was perfect as is right off the 99 Fwy and the hotel is right by some very good restaurants.
We had a family suite with two bedrooms (each with 2 queen beds and pull out sofa), bathrooms, living rooms, microwave, etc.
Our king bed was very comfortable, and the bathtub deep enough to actually bathe in, unlike many motel bathtubs.
The sofa was worn, the pillows were hard, the bed was okay, no ventilation in the bathrooms, and it had a VCR in the room.
The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very good.
The room was very nice, a "family suite", with two king bedrooms and a sitting room in between.
The location is near several restaurants, stay you will be comfortable and breakfast is nice too.
The room was clean and morning breakfast bar were more than adequate.
Additionally, included in the price of the room, was a breakfast buffet each morning and a hot appetizer bar in the evening which included beer, wine and soft drinks.
We'll check in on the breakfast bar in the morning.
Oxford provides a nice breakfast selection and a happy hour snack selection in the evening;we ended up only buying lucnhes because the evening gathering provided plenty of food to take the edge off hunger.
ALL of the employees are really nice (from the maids to the diner staff).
The staff are very friendly, aLL of the employees are really nice and the room is second class at best.
Staff very friendly, the other employees have a high standard set for them and the rooms seem to be fairly well insulated as well.
The unresponsive employee's were enough to prompt me to move hotels and the staff was very nice.
We were too busy to check out the pool or the fitness room or the steam/sauna rooms but they looked nice too.
In the fitness room they had a steam room and sauna.
It took perhaps ten minutes to get across town to the Chico campus (because of traffic lights) No problem parking and we just hiked around from therre.
The room was clean and a hot appetizer bar in the evening included beer.
The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean.
From the nice lady at reception when we checked in, to the clean, large and comfortable room we stayed in.
On site laundry was a plus, but the dryers were slow and the staff could do better at keeping the room clean.
The clean, quiet rooms made the difference.
