Location: the hotel was close enough to Close to the business area.

The staff are extraordinarily friendly, they keep the place clean. The hotel rooms are reasonably large and absolutely gorgeous with a master key card. Great to have a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating, and an individual safe.

We would stay here again, really enjoyed it. The hotel's restaurant is good with international cuisine.

The staff is dedicated here, the services are good, and location is absolutely perfect close enough to far more cheaper fairs to get around the city, Casablanca for a day and the city center, Casa Port train station and tram line. The superior twin room overlooks street and includes coffee/tea making equipment and a fridge.

We arrived late at night and were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a 4-star room at Oum Palace Hotel & Spa. The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to various services and restaurants in the city.

We enjoyed the breakfast spread, although some items could have been better in terms of quality. The hotel also offered money-changing services at good rates.

i liked best the location of the hotel as the old city (Old Souk) was very close to the hotel.

The rooms are new-fashioned and tastefully decorated and complete with hot tub, a nice bed and the shower.

Convenient location near souq, masjid, restaurants, shops, and transportation. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Omar, Hassna, Yahya, and Murad. Good communication in English. Clean rooms with consistent housekeeping. Decent breakfast with variety. Good amenities like TV channels, shower, hangers, and storage. Comfortable beds and soundproofing.

Willingness and helpfulness of staff. Room comfort was ok, Location good, breakfast not bad. Nothing to write home aobut but perfectly decent for quick business trip. Would not stay here for holiday though.

Water in bathroom was tepid on first day - better the next day but not hot!

I recently stayed at Oum Palace Hotel & Spa for a week-long vacation in Morocco. The staff at the hotel were absolutely fabulous - they spoke great English and were super helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, and I loved that I could also order a custom omelet. Plus, the hotel's location was perfect - within walking distance to the mosque, mall, and medina. The restaurant right across the street served delicious Moroccan food at great value. The hotel's design was amazing, and my room was spacious and well-equipped. The sound-cancelling windows ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel manager went above and beyond by finding and returning my lost Apple AirPods. myself, my wife, and our daughter had a wonderful and happy stay.

good service beside a nice location, i would like if they can low the price .

The hotel is well located close to all amenities and the room was fairly big with a large bathroom.

The mattress was very hard that my girlfriend ended up having a backhache and the TV did not have all the satellites channels as listed and when I called the reception to ask what was the problem they said they will send me someone who never came only for me to call again the next day and to hear that they no longer have those channels. Breakfast was also poor for a 4 star hotel. Luckily we only booked for 3 days before going to another city andwhen we came back to Casa, we made sure we did not stay at this hotel. I will not recommend this hotel for people wishing to have a pleasant time.
