Incredibly beautiful hotel, we loved the amiable staff and newly renovated room. This venue was good value when compared to other options. We ate at an excellent restaurant with reasonably priced meals inside. Thanks to an outstanding service we had a really really nice stay.

This hotel was set in a central area just next door to a good restaurant like Kalinka, or Jemimas, all the visitor attractions, and Oudtshoorn during summer season. Everything was great, even so a few employees were not very friendly.

oudtshoorn inn exceeded my expectations with their helpful and friendly staff, reminiscent of my previous stay. the accommodations were good for families and there were dining options within walking distance. a pleasant stay overall.

No bar fridges in rooms.

Its the old Holday Inn and thats always guarantees a good standard of room which is large and has two double beds.

A pity the don't price the room rather than a per person rate.

The location is good, only 2 miles from Cango Wildlife Ranch. Everyone can find something in the excellent, satisfactory breakfasts. the hotel is nestled in a nice area, with a restaurant down the street called "La Dolce Vita" and the 'Feathers' pub nearby.

Our family had an amazing time exploring the attractions near the hotel, such as the fascinating Cango Caves, the thrilling Cango Wildlife Ranch, and the entertaining Ostrich Show Farms. The hotel's location was perfect for us to easily visit these attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a pleasant retreat after a long day of adventuring. The outdoor facilities, including the pool, put-put, and tennis courts, were an absolute hit with the kids. it was a great place for a family holiday, offering a fantastic location and outstanding service.

My children wanted more child-friendly meal options available at the hotel's restaurant.

The restaurant at the hotel offers reasonably priced meals, and I enjoyed hot dishes during my stay. the hotel's location is convenient, just a 10-15 minute walk from the Arbeidsgenot Museum.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location, within walking distance of the town centre and near a variety of excellent restaurants. The rooms are spacious and have been recently refurbished, with new linen and flat screen TVs. It's great to have the option of rooms with two queen beds, perfect for families or groups. The staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring that the rooms are kept clean and providing excellent service during our stay. Additionally, the breakfast included a good selection of hot and cold food and drinks.

Very noisy, the walls are thin and if persons walk "hard" in the passage you hear it. The leaflet in the room was not up to date with prices. The kitchen closed earlier than specified and we could not get food. They should specify when you book that some rooms are smoking rooms.

Family orientated. Children could have fun and be themselves. Loved the breakfasts.
