Location was great, close to a big shopping plaza with plenty of shops and a supermarket. , there were plenty of good restaurants around to try out. The staff were very helpful in pointing them out. We also appreciated the daily cleaning.

The room felt very dated and old-fashioned, and not particularly clean. The bathroom needed some serious attention.

Excellent apartments,.fully well furnished. Very friendly and helpful staff (both Mr. Cem and Mr. Murat) . Breakfast was also good. Full value for money.

Staff very professional. Good Position in Sisli Area. The big noisy street is around 200 meters, so was very quite in he night. Room very spacious, possibility of cooking something in the electric bases.

It was not so clean as I expected. In the shower the big glasses (tempred or not?) were not properly fixed, and I was a little scared while showering.

I recently had an amazing stay at this hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this vibrant city. the location of the hotel is absolutely perfect. Just a stone's throw away from the bustling Trump Mall, it made it so convenient for me to explore the shops and indulge in some retail therapy. Additionally, the hotel is in close proximity to public transportation, allowing easy access to the metro or metrobus. This made getting around the city a breeze and saved me a lot of time.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was exceptional and there was nothing that could be improved.

The location is great, very close to the shopping mall and only about 15 minutes away from Taksim square by car. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

At the moment and for near future there is a construction going on right in front of the place so there is quite a bit of dust and noise during the day time.

Our stay in Istanbul was much pleasant thanks to mr. Murat, our host. A big thank for him and his colleague. The location of the hotel is good due to vicinity of metro station and a big shopping mall. Also, is very close to highway, so for the travelers to Antalya or other destination is very easy to reach and to leave further. The accommodation was good and thanks to double windows the noise from outside was not felt at all. I was impressed by the effort made by our host to deliver the breakfast in our room at a very early hour in the morning, making possible for us to leave Istanbul to our destination at an hour which we desired. Also a big thanks for that.

As recommendation we suggest to improve the bathroom installations. We had some problems with toilet water pouring continuously for a few hours, making the toilet difficult to use. Also a good idea is to have a TV set also in bedroom, not only in main room. A better Internet speed is desirable. We think that the cleanliness of bathroom could be better.

The hotel's location was convenient as it was close to a small but charming shopping mall. We could easily reach the metro or metrobus within a few minutes walk. The surrounding area was full of restaurants, cafes, and shops for when we wanted a bite or needed groceries. the hotel was within walking distance of a large shopping center that had a Megro supermarket close by.

The cleanliness of the hotel was subpar, with the rooms and facilities in poor condition and needing maintenance.

Comfortable, quiet rooms, near Metro (2 stations from Taksim square). The real asset of the hotel is the reception staff (Mr. Murat and Mr. Cem), excellent professionals always very friendly and helpful, guardian angels for the visitors of a non European city (thanks!).

The room was large and modern. I liked how the room service breakfast was offered free of charge (I prefer this option over the typical buffet). Also, the free on-site parking was a huge plus. The staff was friendly. The location is central.
