Decor poor and really old buildings dating back centuries. Sheets were not fitted.

Just a 5 minute walk from the Main Market Square and Krakow is a beautiful city, very reasonable to eat and drink, very safe and friendly. The hotel is very nice, the breakfast is continental style including hot sausage and bacon, the rooms are clean and spacious and well equipped. The mini bar wad good also.

Sauna was charged at 15 zloty for 30 minutes, just under £3, the location was wonderful and the staff in the hotel were very helpful and friendly. The service was excellent, the receptionist spoke good English too and rooms had very high ceilings and the palace has been restored beautifully. The restaurant was nice.
