  Bed and AC need replacing.

  I can see that they have invested some time into this place but there are still some issues like upgrading the bedding and climate controls that need to be addressed.

  The bathroom door was falling apart (gave us a good laugh trying to open it) but everything else looked to be in good shape. Really only needed the room for sleeping so room size was not an issue. The hotel was an older building - most of it looked to be recently remodeled and some rooms were being worked on.

  The floor was dirty and stained,I didn't want to take off my shoes, there was damaged plaster(holes)and the walls were also stained and dirty, I was able to wash some of the blood or what ever it was, off the bathroom wall.
