Orsep Royal Hotel

View from the pool is amazing (however the roof-top pool is dinky) the location of this hotel is very good.

I booked this hotel due to the location as we were going to be visiting the major tourist attractions.

It was clean, nicely decorated and the best part was the location.

Book their limo service to the airport - its slightly more expensive than a local taxi but is well worth it.

All the staff were very helpful and we found the transport provided by the hotel to the airport very useful.

In-room plasma TV, mini bar, AC, windows that open and close, fitness center, turkish bath, bar, nice dining.

The bed was the best one we had during our 8 days in Turkey and the bathroom was lovely with a shower with great pressure.

There was literally no room to put our bags - apart from the bed, which is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel for any length of time.

The bed could only fit into the room at a diagonal.

There was a small square space to walk from the bed to the small closet sized bathroom.

Lots of local places to eat cheaply and a bar just down the street at great prices.

If they need any improvements, it would be a better breakfast.

The restaurant is run by a husband and wife who are very sociable and they have a great staff.

The only bad thing i would say would be the prices at the bar, we had 1 drink each and it came to 49 ytl which is more than £20!

Breakfast was dry with wide selection of rolls.

The reception staff at the hotel could not have been more helpful, contrary to some of the other reviews.

The reception staff we encounted had difficulty with English.

On the plus side the restaruant and reception staff were lovely and all the main attractions are just a short walk away.

Second, staff only seem able to recommend their own in-house services.

The wellness centre is really nice with the indoor pool, jacuzzi, gym etc.

The hotel facilities (sauna, turkisbath, steambath, fitness, etc) it is extracharge but no so expensive.

Pool and jacuzzi are without charge but nobody tell us and when we go there, water was very cold.

Our room seemed bigger in the pictures, it was clean, not spotless but reasonable for a two star hotel, they claim to be a three star.

The rooms were very clean and again the cleaning staff, as was the staff in general, very pleasant.
